Sports massage therapy · Eastbourne
Repair, maintain, relax.
Sports massage from a therapist who runs. Treatment tailored to you after an initial assessment — rehabilitative if something's gone wrong, preventative if you'd rather it didn't.
Repair
Something has already gone wrong — a strain, a niggle that won't settle, a leg that isn't the same as the other one since the last race. Assessment first, then work on the areas that actually need it.
Maintain
Regular treatment between races and heavy training blocks. This is the one runners underuse — it's cheaper than losing eight weeks to an injury.
Relax
Deep tissue massage without a sporting reason attached. You do not need to be an athlete to book, and you will not be lectured about your hamstrings.
What actually happens
An hour, in four parts.
Most people who've never had a sports massage don't book because they don't know what they're walking into. So here it is.
Assessment
What hurts, when it started, what you train for and how much. Tracy watches how you move before she touches anything.
Treatment
Work focused on the areas the assessment flagged, at a depth you agree on. It can be firm. It should never be something you're gritting your teeth through.
What to do next
What to expect over the next 48 hours, what to stretch, and whether to back off training or carry on.
When to come back
An honest answer, including “you probably don't need to” when that's the honest answer.
Clients
In their words.
I've been using TE Sports Massage for some time now. Great for leg soothing and Tracy really concentrates on the muscles which need attention. Her massage studio is a nice sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of life. I highly recommend her services.Helen Ridley
My son has recently recovered from a broken leg and had ongoing issues with his foot. Tracy worked on these areas and he feels the best he has in 6 months. As an experienced distance runner herself, Tracy listens to her clients and focuses on the areas needed.Tina Macenhill
Tracy is welcoming and instantly puts you at ease, she is confident and caring in her approach and I've left on both visits with “new legs”! I would highly recommend TE Sports Massage to anyone and everyone.Lisa Phillips
Prices
This is the bit I couldn't fill in.
Your site doesn't publish a price anywhere.
I looked on every page. The only mention of cost on tesportsmassage.com is Tina calling you “very affordable” in her testimonial — which is lovely, and is not a price. So I have left these deliberately blank rather than invent numbers and put them on the internet under your name.
Worth saying why it matters: someone comparing three therapists at 10pm will pick from the two who published a price. Not because they're cheap — because the third one feels like an errand.

About this preview
This is a prototype, not the finished article. I built it in an afternoon using only what is publicly on your current site — your logo, your own photograph, your words and your clients' words. The real build would be considerably more detailed.
A full version would carry your complete set of pages — Home, Treatments and Contact — rather than the single page you're looking at, plus:
- Your own photography of the studio and of treatments, instead of the stock massage images currently on the site
- Every treatment written out properly, with what it's for and how long it takes
- Live booking wired to your actual diary, with confirmations and reminders
- Your real prices — see the prices section above; I've deliberately left those blank
- SEO and analytics set up for “sports massage Eastbourne” and the surrounding towns
- A working contact form that reaches your inbox
Placeholders you will spot: the appointment times in the booking panel are illustrative and nothing is connected to a real diary. The section wording is my draft written from your existing copy — in a real build it would be yours.
